1. Booking Deposits

  • All booking deposits made toward the reservation of an apartment or unit are strictly non-refundable.

  • The booking deposit serves as a confirmation of interest and commitment to purchase the designated property and is used to initiate the allocation and documentation process.

  • An exception to this non-refundable policy will be made only in the following circumstances:

    • If Mayapur Realestate Private Limited cancels the project for any reason.

    • If the company is unable to allocate the specific apartment/unit to the buyer as per the initial agreement or booking terms.

In such rare cases, the full booking amount will be refunded without any deduction.

2. Cancellation by the Buyer

We understand that situations may arise in which a buyer may need to cancel their booking. In such cases, the following conditions shall apply:

  • If a buyer voluntarily cancels their booking before the signing of the Agreement for Sale or Sale Deed, the eligibility for a refund—whether partial or full—will be solely at the discretion of Mayapur Realestate Private Limited.

  • The company may, at its discretion, deduct administrative, processing, or marketing costs from any applicable refund amount.

  • No refund will be provided once the Agreement for Sale has been executed or if the cancellation occurs post formal documentation.

3. Refund Process and Timeline

  • If a refund is approved by the company, it will be processed and issued within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be made via the same method through which the original payment was received, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

  • The company will not be liable for any delays caused by third-party banks, payment gateways, or other financial institutions.

4. Modifications to Policy

Mayapur Realestate Private Limited reserves the right to update, change, or amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon being posted on the official website.

  • Users and customers are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed about the latest policies and procedures.
